You can tell us your views by either completing the electronic form below, by downloading and printing this leaflet (pdf), or by phoning us and asking us to post you a leaflet. We always invite all clients we work with to give us feedback.
What will happen next? If you have made a compliment, we will keep a record of it in the main office. Your compliments may be used anonymously to promote the service (eg on this website).
If you have made a suggestion, we will respond within 20 working days telling you what we are going to do about it.
If you want to complain about our services we will treat your complaint confidentially, seriously, and quickly. We will contact you and give you a copy of our own complaints procedure (you can download this from this link). We may also be able to provide information on any support available to help you through this process.
