What will happen next?

If you have made a compliment, we will keep a record of it.  Your compliments may be used anonymously to promote the service (eg on this website or annual reports).

If you have made a suggestion or have a concern, and have requested a response, we will get back to you within 20 working days, providing you have completed your contact details, to let you know what we are going to do about it.

Complaints

If you have made a complaint, you should normally recieve an acknowledgement within 5 working days and a full response following our investigation within 20 working days, providing you have completed your contact details.
