If you wish to contact our bureau for advice or are phoning for someone else, then please phone 0114 271 8025. 

If we are not available to take your call, there is an answerphone for you to leave a message and someone will phone you back.  Please state clearly your name, telephone number, the reason for your call (but please keep it brief) and let us know if we can leave a message when we phone you back.  The answerphone is checked several times during the day except weekends.

When you call us, we will usually try to get back to you within two working days for further details. If we are not able to help you, we will try to signpost you to another organisation who can.

We can meet you at the Michael Carlisle Centre (in Nether Edge) or at the Longley Centre (at the Northern General Hospital). We are also sometimes able to do home visits if appropriate.  Please see Accessing our service for further details.

If you are an inpatient, we will usually visit you on the ward.

Alternatively, you could ask your support worker to contact us on your behalf.
