Local volunteer awarded top honour

At afternoon tea hosted by Princess Anne on 9 February 2012, local volunteer, David Miles, who has volunteered at Sheffield Mental Health CAB since 2003 was awarded a highly commended certificate in the MoneyActive Volunteer category, in recognition of his work on the MoneyActive project over the last 3 years.  Follow this link to read more.  You can also see photos from the event on Flickr. New - Advice self help section

In order to help clients help themselves, we have created a 'self help' section where people can find useful information to sort out or avoid getting into difficulties.  However, we still have various website links to other useful sources of information available on the internet. Citizens Advice, in partnership with Google have created 'Good to know', an interactive tips and guidance on security and safety when online.
