The Bureau aims to provide a service that is:

• Free to all its users at the point of delivery;
• Confidential within staff team;
• Independent from funders, agencies providing premises and any group or individual attempting to compromise the autonomy of the service; and
• Impartial in its dealing with users and negotiations with all third parties.

We give independent help and advice on a variety of subjects such as benefits, debt, housing and also help you with complaints about your care by helping you to get your views heard.
