The Trustee Board

Sheffield Mental Health Citizens Advice Bureau and Advocacy Service is governed by a 'trustee board' which:

• sets the policy of the bureau
• determines corporate strategy, including setting key strategic objectives (be involved with the management and development of the bureau)
• makes major decisions about the use of finances 
• sets a framework for human resources policy.
