The following notices are to let you know about any disruptions to our services.  Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.

 

Effects Both Advice (CAB) and Advocacy Services:

 

Please note that we will be closed on the following dates:

 

Effects Advice (CAB) Service Only:

  • Unfortunately, due to lack of resources our Advice Service (CAB) is only seeing inpatients on the psychiatric wards.

  • Where possible, we will try to see people using the Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment and Sheffield Outreach Teams (SORT) in Sheffield but only if they are unable to use their local advice centre (see Other Advice Centres in Sheffield for further details). 

  • We are also seeing people referred to us by the User Appreciation Scheme. 

 

Effects  Advocacy Service Only:

  • There are no disruptions to this service other than any listed that effects both services above.

If you wish to contact our bureau for advice, then please phone 0114 271 8025 and leave a message on the voicemail and someone will phone you back.  Please state clearly your name and telephone number and the reason for your call (but please keep it brief). 

The voicemail is checked several times during the day except weekends, Bank Holidays and Christmas holidays.

Alternatively, you could ask your support worker or ward staff to contact us on your behalf.
